Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

However, product images are provided primarily for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, packaging, color, labeling, accessories, or other details may vary slightly due to product updates, manufacturing batches, screen displays, photography, or other reasonable factors.

We may update product specifications, packaging, or other product information from time to time, provided that such changes do not affect any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable law.

If you receive a product that materially differs from the product you ordered, please contact Baseus Customer Support.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee its availability.

In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If we are unable to fulfill an order because a product is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly listed, or affected by another fulfillment issue, we may cancel the affected product or order and provide an applicable refund for any amount already paid.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Baseus Indonesia official online store are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promotional deductions, and other charges will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process where applicable.

We may change product prices from time to time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been successfully placed and accepted, except in cases of obvious pricing errors or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Depending on availability, these may include credit or debit cards, Virtual Accounts, bank transfers, e-wallets, QRIS, installment or Buy Now, Pay Later services, and other supported payment methods.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased through the Baseus Indonesia official online store will be delivered to eligible addresses in Indonesia in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Delivery dates and times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by logistics conditions, public holidays, weather, remote locations, peak sales periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Baseus Customer Support as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may be required to follow the applicable return process after receiving the product.

12. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Indonesian consumer protection requirements.

Return eligibility may depend on factors including:

13. Product Warranty

Eligible Baseus products are covered by the applicable Baseus limited warranty.

For orders subject to our current Warranty Policy:

Phone Cases and Screen Protectors:
18-month limited warranty.

All Other Baseus Product Categories:
24-month limited warranty, including but not limited to chargers, charging cables, power banks, earphones, earbuds, hubs, docking stations, car accessories, and other eligible Baseus electronic products and accessories.

Warranty coverage is subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, proof-of-purchase requirements, and other terms described in our Warranty Policy.

The Baseus limited warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

14. Promotions, Vouchers, and Discount Codes

From time to time, Baseus may offer promotional campaigns, vouchers, coupons, discount codes, gifts, bundles, or other special offers.

Such promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including:

• Promotion periods;
• Minimum purchase requirements;
• Eligible products;
• Eligible customers;
• Maximum discount amounts;
• Usage limits; and
• Geographic or sales-channel restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Baseus may cancel or reject promotional benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, automated activity, or other abuse, subject to applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, telecommunications failures, labor disruptions, logistics interruptions, or other comparable events.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of such events where practicable.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law.

26. Dispute Resolution
